The in-house asset management team also employs over 150 property-level staff members at its property locations.

• Analyzing market trends
• Evaluating investment opportunities
• Contributing to comprehensive research reports. 
• Perform thorough research on companies and industries, scrutinizing financial statements and pinpointing potential investment opportunities. 
• Aid in crafting comprehensive research reports and presentations tailored for both internal and external stakeholders. 
• Stay updated on market trends, economic shifts, and industry news to offer timely insights to the team.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather essential data and information for various research projects.
• In-depth research on debt funds, capital raising, and interest-generating loans.
