Your New Role 

This internship will be located in the NYC area. The selected intern will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager’s in office schedule. 

 
 As an Branding & Design intern, you will get to assist to be part of creating content to engage interns and attract future talent. In this role, you will wear many hats: photographer, videographer, and designer. The content you create will live on the career site, social platforms, and more! You will also get to design marketing materials for the intern program and for ext
 
Your Role Accountabilities 

  •  Partner with the Brand Specialist to design flyers and marketing materials for our global early talent programs, recruiting events, and more
  • Manage the content creation challenge and connect with interns and apprentices globally to build our Global Early Talent Asset Library
  • Edit early talent videos for social, website, and other platforms
  • Take photos at our early talent events like alumni mixers, intern program events, and recruiting events
  • Research creative ideas to advertise and market Warner Bros. Discovery on campus
  • Write copy for social posts, event promotions, and more
     

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree; Communications, Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Videography, Photography or a related field preferred

  • Must have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, and Sheets)

  • Experience with MS Teams and/or Outlook preferred

  • Experience using adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere CC, Lightroom, InDesign) and Canva

  • Experience using Asana

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; must be able to communicate effectively with team members from entry to senior levels

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Must be resourceful and be able to juggle various tasks

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required) 

  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior Undergrad Student (18 years or older) 

  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA) 

  • Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

The duration of the summer program regardless of which start/end option is 11 weeks.   

Program date options: 

Option 1: June 3rd – August 16th  

Option 2: June 10th – August 23rd 

  • Interns will be expected to work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.   

  • Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.
