In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in strengthening our Talent Acquisition function—ensuring the tools our teams rely on are innovative, seamless, scalable, and aligned to our mission of delivering exceptional care through exceptional people.

What You’ll Do:

You will serve as the Workday expert for Talent Acquisition and Core HCM, driving system optimization, compliance, and user experience excellence. Key responsibilities include:

Talent Acquisition Essential Functions

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance standards.
  • Recommend and implement best‑practice design across Workday HCM and TA modules; maintain configurations and system setup.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes with a focus on data protection, regulatory compliance, and performance.
  • Demonstrate deep, hands‑on expertise across all Workday TA business processes—from Candidate Engagement through Hire.
  • Partner closely with HR, IT, TA leaders, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Configure, test, validate, and deploy Workday solutions with precision, scalability, and user experience in mind.
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and deliver corrective actions or system enhancements.
  • Document configurations, business processes, and standards for training, communication, and audit readiness.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to HR, TA teams, and HR Technology colleagues.
  • Participate in Workday projects, including module implementations, optimization initiatives, and release cycle updates.
  • Operate independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Maintain expertise in Workday release cycles, adopting new features and functionality where impactful.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills to advance TA performance and efficiency.

What You Bring:

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business
  • Five years of relevant experience
  • Three years experience configuring and supporting Workday

Preferred:

  • Masters Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business
