We are currently looking for a HRBP Analyst 1 to join our team in Franklin, TN. The HRBP Analyst 1 will serve as the HR broad-based resource in support of assigned functional groups. Serves as the primary point of contact for researching various HR issues/solutions and managing small/large projects in support of the functional groups.  The key areas of focus for the HRBP will include: Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Strategic Staffing and Recruiting, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development and Change Management, and Compensation Administration (performance calibration).  The HRBP also serves as a consultant partner in the execution of COE programs as well as identification of opportunities to promote successful business outcomes. This role will support functional teams within Nissan's Sales division.

A Day in the Life:   

  • Facilitates effective communication between HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence (C.O.E.) and functional groups to provide visibility to upcoming HR initiatives and employee issues.
  • Manages and balances multiple demands and priorities to achieve optimal results.
  • Maintains a positive outlook and stays motivated to team and clients, able to generate innovative and creative solutions and alternatives even under resource constraints, demonstrates perseverance in achieving objectives despite obstacles.
  • Active engagement and planning with all levels of client groups to develop trust and credibility.
  • Ensures functional groups motivate and drive employees to assure an engaged workforce.
  • Awareness of appropriate levels of retention and facilitate creation of action plans to positively impact retention rates – specifically for key talent.
  • Coordinates and supports coaching and communication with managers for employees not meeting job expectations.
  • Leads career path development planning with functional groups (including rotations, development and training) for key talent.
  • Engages with functional groups to align talent to critical and key roles to meet functional and corporate objectives.
  • Data Management: Serve as HRBP lead in execution of HR system transactions and reporting including, but not limited to: Support of the job requisition process (creation/tracking of requisitions, etc.), job data changes, processing of employee documents, and generation of reports (new hires, terminations, transfers, attrition, diversity etc.).
  • Communications: Write, create and/or update HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and functional client group communications including, but not limited to organizational charts, presentations, promotional letters and internal memos, scheduling of meetings and calendar maintenance.
  • Data Analysis: Proactively read, interpret, analyze and leverage data and metrics (e.g., HR data analytics, business unit metrics) to answer questions, identify trends, and solve problems.
  • As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative


Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • 1+ years of directly related professional level Human Resources experience or Functional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
