The Principal Product Management & Development Strategist on the Out of Home Connectivity Mobility Network Product Management team, you’ll be joining a team that is driving the strategy, development, and launch of some of AT&T’s most innovative consumer network experiences—including AT&T Turbo, 5G and 5G Standalone, satellite connectivity, eSIM connectivity solutions, improved coverage at home and on-the-go, and other next generation products that shape how our customers connect every day.

In this role you will be responsible for shaping and delivering out‑of‑home connectivity experiences that align with our broader product vision—creating solutions that drive sustainable growth while consistently delighting customers with seamless, reliable ways to stay connected wherever they are. You will be responsible for defining and orchestrating the long-term product strategy for consumer-facing products, acting as the primary thought leader for high-impact initiatives. You will use deep market and competitive insights to ensure alignment with business objectives, deliver high-quality solutions, and maximize customer value.

As Principal Product Manager, typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Shapes long-term product strategy and vision for mobility products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and company objectives.

• Serves as the primary product advisor to executive leadership, influencing enterprise investment priorities, frames trade-offs & risks, influences technology evolution, and sets the customer experience direction.

• Identifies and leads the resolution of ambiguous, complex problem spaces where the path forward is unclear and requires original thinking, experimentation, and cross-domain synthesis.

Leads cross-functional execution of novel ideas and product concepts, evaluating opportunities through business cases, financial modeling, stakeholder alignment, and feasibility assessments.

Conduct deep market and competitive research to identify trends, unmet needs, addressable revenue potential, customer segments, and positioning opportunities that inform strategic prioritization for new products or features.

Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap and vision, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer insights, business impact, and technical considerations.

Own end to end requirements definition, including requirements or user stories, feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and cross functional alignment. Translate and document customer and technical requirements into final product designs. Drive prioritization for new products, services, and/or enhancements.

Drive and support technical delivery with technical product managers and engineers throughout development of platforms, services, tools, or capabilities to ensure high quality delivery that meets customer and business needs.

Force multiplier for go-to-market planning, raising product thinking and execution quality by partnering with marketing, PR, sales, and support teams to craft messaging, launch plans, and customer facing assets.

Plan and execute product launches, coordinating cross functional readiness across technology, operations, marketing, and customer care.

Monitor product performance post-launch, using data and customer feedback to optimize, iterate, and guide future enhancements.

Define and drive initiatives to grow revenue and margin, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.

Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and ensure products deliver meaningful value.

Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through development and launch, ensuring seamless transitions through each stage and ongoing product performance. Monitors, measures, and enhances customer experience. Ties success measures and outcomes to enterprise-level metrics. Responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates, and handling requests for funding through the capital process to have technical product management support to build solutions.

Collaborate with business, technology, and other third-party stakeholders including Supply Chain, IT/Software Development Product Managers, Network Development, Legal, Pricing Teams, and Product Operations Teams
