~ Focus on global external Executive Talent Mapping and Executive Search for Director and VP-level positions in the automotive industry. Responsibilities would be aimed at identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to fulfill executive roles within the organization. It is essential for the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Specialist to have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, as well as a proven track record in executive recruitment, global talent mapping, and a keen eye for identifying leadership potential. The candidate should also possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to successfully engage and attract top-tier executive candidates.
Major Responsibilities
~ Talent Mapping and Market Research:
~ Use advanced knowledge to conduct comprehensive research to identify and map out top executive talent in the global automotive industry, including competitors and related sectors.
~ Stay up to date with industry trends and market intelligence to provide valuable insights to the organization.
~ Executive Search and Sourcing:
~ Exercise independent judgment to develop and execute targeted executive search strategies to identify and engage potential candidates for Director and VP-level positions.
~ Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to identify and attract executive talent.
~ Candidate Assessment and Screening:
~ Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate
candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
~ Assess candidates for leadership, strategic thinking, and their potential to drive business objectives.
~ Client Engagement:
~ Collaborate with hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR partners to understand their talent needs and requirements.
~ Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of executive searches.
~ Pipeline Management:
~ Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline of potential executive talent for current and future hiring needs.
~ Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive-level candidates for long-term talent acquisition goals.

~ Negotiation and Offer Management:
~ Manage the negotiation process with candidates, including compensation packages, benefits, and relocation considerations.
~ Facilitate the offer and acceptance process for selected candidates.
~ Market Intelligence and Benchmarking:
~ Provide insights on market trends, compensation packages, and competitor intelligence to help shape the organization's talent acquisition strategy.
~ Compliance and Reporting:
~ Ensure all recruitment processes are following relevant employment laws and regulations.
~ Maintain accurate records and reporting related to executive searches and talent mapping.
~ Relationship Building:
~ Cultivate and maintain relationships with executive candidates and key industry contacts to establish a strong network for future recruitment efforts.
~ Continuous Improvement:
~ Continuously assess and improve the executive recruitment and mapping process, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches to talent acquisition.
~ Project Management:
~ Handle multiple executive search projects simultaneously, ensuring that each one is executed effectively and efficiently.
~ Industry Events and Networking:
~ Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay connected with top talent and industry developments.

~ Network, collaborate and meet with Business, Marketing and HRs Leader across HMG.
~ Leverage existing marketing resources across HMG to meet objectives.
