The Raytheon Manufacturing Finance team is seeking a high-energy professional to work as a Senior Analyst, Program Cost Controls to support our factory in Forest, MS. The primary responsibilities are to assist the factory operations team in driving site productivity and efficiencies through the forecasting and tracking of HPUs, touch labor utilization, support/touch ratios, indirect spend rates, PRISM Pools, and other metrics. This position will support a Hybrid work arrangement based out of our Forest, MS location.
What You Will Do:
Forecast and track factory HPUs
Forecast and track support/touch ratios
Forecast and track indirect spend rates
Forecast and track factory PRISM pools
Forecast and track other miscellaneous factory metrics
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field and 2 years of applicable experience, or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred).
Qualifications We Prefer:
Analytical skills and a keen ability to identify financial issues.
Ability to manage time, prioritize workload and work under deadline constraints.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills & ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.
Comprehension of labor pool concepts.
Familiarity with SAP financial systems (APEX/PRISM) and/or MRP.

This position is grade P2, Sr. Analyst, Program Cost Controls.
Relocation assistance is not available.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
