Job Description

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

NBCUniversal has an opening for a Coordinator, Guest Experience NBC Studios. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that delivers a one-of-a-kind experience to guests at NBC’s home in 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The position reports to the Director of Guest Experience, NBC studios.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Coordinator position is all encompassing of the Guest Experience department. They will assist in all areas of tour, audiences and retail.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide logistical and administrative support to the Guest Experience team
• Provide exceptional customer service to all 30 Rockefeller guests
• Responsible for showcasing exceptional customer service when responding to guest inquiries via email and voicemail
• Work in collaboration with the audience, shop and tour team
• Assist with 30 Rock audience loads during special tape days or extended episodes
• Work with reprographics to ensure all Page training collateral are printed and distributed
• Provide support to team as needed and contribute insight on upcoming events or process improvement

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in reporting or analytics
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organization skills and able to efficiently manage projects/requests
• Proficient in Excel and PPT, technical computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision and direction.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• College Degree required or relevant experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

DESIRED:

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous ticketing and sales experience
• Ability to work successfully with a wide variety of people and teams.

Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary range: $25 - $32/hour
