Hiring Bonus

This position offers a hiring bonus of $2,500.00. The payment of this bonus is dependent upon active employment in good standing at each payout. The hiring bonus payment structure is $1,000.00 at 30-days and $1,500.00 at 6-months of employment.

Position Summary

The Treatment Coordinator (TC) partners with families and community agencies to ensure the needs of youth are adequately addressed. The Treatment Coordinator also ensures service delivery is individualized, appropriate to need, child centered, family focused, culturally competent, strengths based, and goal driven.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Assess each child’s needs in all life domains and develop treatment plan goals.
  2. Provide ongoing advocacy and support for the child’s educational needs.
  3. Initiate and coordinate therapeutic services when appropriate.
  4. Make regular contact with each youth to assess safety and well-being.

    Qualifications

    • Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance. 
    •  Clearances. State Police/FBI clearance per state regulation; Child and Adult Abuse Registry clearance.

    Working Conditions

    • Physical Demands: Requires vision, speech, and hearing and a moderate to high level of physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking lifting and carrying as required.  Must be able to meet the demands and complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
    • Environmental Factors:  Indoors/Outdoors: school, community, residence, office.
    • Working Hours:  A non-traditional work schedule as defined by service needs and crisis “on call”.
