Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior JavaScript Full-Stack Developer (d/f/m), who is proficient in React, Redux, and Node.js.

Your Role:

• Take ownership of developing and maintaining robust and scalable full-stack applications using JavaScript technologies such as React, Redux, and Node.js.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions that address our users’ needs.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices, conducting code reviews, and implementing automated testing.
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing enhancements to our architecture, processes, and tools.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and helping them achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

• Display a strong passion for writing clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Possess extensive experience in full-stack development using JavaScript technologies, including React, Redux, and Node.js. (TypeScript experience is a plus.)
• Demonstrated expertise in building responsive and intuitive user interfaces with modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Proven ability to design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Some experience with Java and Spring Boot would be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and deployment processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. (German is a plus.)
