We are currently looking for a Permanent postion of Quality Management System Senior Manager m/f for our location Obernai or Blieskastel.

 

Your mission

 

Reporting to the Group Quality & Environment Vice President, your missions are :

 

• Manage the governance of the integrated management systems at the group level and the operational management of associated activities
• Be a change agent in order to guarantee the acceptance of the integrated management systems within the group, especially with the general management
• Define the vision of the Management Systems department in the medium and long term (3-5 years)
• Ensure the short and medium term execution (1-3 years) of the department's operational roadmap
• Build, deploy and improve the integrated management system taking into account risks and opportunities and in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 standards and their evolutions
• Supervise, develop and coach the international team (about 20 employees) with the support of middle managers
• Manage group projects and initiatives
• Represent the group to external certification bodies
• Manage risk analysis and follow-up of associated action plans

 

Your profile

 

With an engineering background or equivalent, you have at least 10 years of experience in the field of management systems (ideally integrated with quality, environment and safety).

 

You have managed teams and projects in an international context.

 

You are fluent in English. French or German as a second language would be a plus.

 

Knowledge of audit practices and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 standards as well as quality tools (root cause analysis, problem solving methodology, etc.) would be appreciated.

 

Recognized for your leadership and impact, you also have the ability to adapt, analyze and take decisions.

 

You are challenge-oriented and able to work collaboratively or autonomously in a constantly evolving multicultural environment.

 

You will be working at the Hager Group level. Frequent international travel is expected.
