Description:
This position assists with general office duties to include creating and editing documents, academic research support, assisting faculty/staff with research related to Higher Education Leadership, internet research, social media maintenance, and additional duties as assigned. This is an academic year position, 3-6 hours per week.
$8.00/hour
Primary Duties
1. Assist with general office duties.
2. Represent the department professionally in communication with staff, faculty, students, and alumni.
3. Provide academic research support (literature searches, editing, data transcription).
4. Perform Internet research for departmental projects.
5. Prepare and proofread resources for Graduate Program in Higher Education Leadership students and Graduate Assistants.
6. Aggregate Graduate Assistant evaluation data.
7. Update alumni contact and career information.
8. Maintain Graduate Program in Higher Education Leadership social media profile(s).
9. Assist with project organization.
10. Support Program Director and Administrative Assistant at events as needed.
11. Edit program documents, and orientation modules.
12. Maintain and organize inbox for work study email address.
13. Communicate project status to supervisors regularly.
14. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
