<h2>Your mission</h2><p>As a Growth Associate, you will work directly with our Head of Growth to refine and implement our go-to-market strategy. Your role involves conducting market research, developing targeted customer acquisition strategies, and defining key customer personas. You will collaborate with the product team to craft outreach campaigns and act as a critical link between marketing and sales. Your contributions will directly impact Ivy’s revenue growth, expand our customer base, and support successful market entries.</p><p></p><h2>Your Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p><strong>Strategic Market Research:</strong> Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate new market expansion opportunities, from quick wins to strategic geographical expansions, ensuring Ivy is well-positioned to capitalize on a wide range of opportunities.</p></li><li><p><strong>Customer Acquisition Strategy:</strong> Develop and implement targeted customer acquisition strategies by identifying the best brands that align with Ivy's value proposition, ensuring a high product-market fit and efficient sales cycles.</p></li><li><p><strong>Persona Definition and Analysis:</strong> Define and refine ideal buying personas through thorough research, helping to shape our outreach and marketing strategies with a deep understanding of our target audience.</p></li><li><p><strong>Outreach Strategy Development:</strong> Collaborate closely with the product team to craft compelling positioning and messaging for our target industries, running A/B tests to optimize outreach effectiveness and ensure maximum engagement.</p></li><li><p><strong>Innovative Outbound Campaigns:</strong> Design and execute innovative outreach campaigns using a combination of in-person events, personalized communications, and advanced sales automation tools like Clay and Apollo, to effectively engage potential customers across Europe.</p></li><li><p><strong>Strategic Response Management:</strong> Act as a critical liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring that strategic accounts are seamlessly transitioned to the sales team, driving Ivy's revenue growth and market presence.</p></li><li><p><strong>Founders Exposure:</strong> Work directly with the founders, gaining invaluable insight into high-level strategic decision-making and contributing to the company’s direction, providing you with unique opportunities for personal and professional growth.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>The perks of working with us</h2><ul><li><p><strong>Make a real impact:</strong> Build a global technology winner challenging Visa &amp; Mastercard.
