KATBOTZ LLC is seeking seasoned SAP Asset/Project Systems Specialist with over 10 years of professional experience to join our team and lead the implementation and management of SAP asset and project systems. Key Responsibilities
- Development Cycle Management: Manage all tasks in the development cycle for asset and project systems within SAP, including business process definition, configuration, unit testing, user testing support, training, post-live support, and ongoing system enhancements.
- Implementation Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive SAP asset and project systems solutions that optimize asset management processes, project tracking, and reporting.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor and lead teams responsible for high-impact project implementations aimed at enhancing functionality and efficiency for major international clients.
- Advisory Services: Deliver high-level advisory services in SAP asset and project systems, applying extensive industry knowledge to advise clients on best practices.
- Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with cross-functional teams to architect robust solutions that fulfill complex project and asset management objectives, ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems.
- Configuration and Enhancement: Direct the configuration, customization, and enhancement of SAP Asset and Project Systems modules, aligned with industry best practices.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive data analysis and generate reports to support key decision-making in project performance and asset utilization.
- Testing Protocol Development: Develop and implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure the system's integrity and the accuracy of asset and project data.
- User Training and Support: Facilitate user training on new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition to enhanced asset and project management functionalities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication with project stakeholders, track project progress, assess risks, and adjust strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of direct experience in asset and project systems or consulting, with a strong emphasis on SAP-enabled transformations.
- Proven track record of leading successful SAP Asset and Project Systems implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP’s Asset Management and Project Systems components along with a robust understanding of integration within financial systems.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP Certified Application Associate).
