Position Overview
The Business Analyst, Strategic Business Planning supports the alignment of Koroseal’s strategic direction with the broader objectives of our parent company, Sangetsu. This role is responsible for developing and aligning strategic business plans, collecting and analyzing performance data, and facilitating communication across global and internal teams. The Business Analyst also contributes to risk management and continuous improvement efforts that drive company growth and operational excellence.

This position operates on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Medina, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

Collaborate with Koroseal and Sangetsu leadership to develop, refine, and communicate strategic business plans.

Ensure alignment between the parent company's goals and the strategic objectives of Koroseal and Metro Wallcoverings.

Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting Support

Collect and organize market, industry, and internal performance data.

Analyze data (both numbers and content) to support planning and evaluation.

Use Excel and BI tools to show data clearly and make reports.

Help create regular reports and presentation materials for management.

Summarize key points from the analysis and share with senior staff.

Liaison with Sangetsu:

Act as a point of contact between Koroseal and Sangetsu.

Facilitate transparent and effective communication, including regular updates, reports, and feedback.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and opportunities in the strategic planning process.

Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of strategic plans.


Foster a culture of teamwork and alignment with the parent company’s objectives.

Continuous Improvement

Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and best practices.

Implement a culture of continuous improvement in the strategic planning process.
