Position Summary
The Premium Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day catering operations across multiple premium club locations. This role oversees the full setup and execution of food and beverage service for events, supervises team members, maintains quality and hospitality standards, and ensures adherence to all safety, sanitation, and company policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
This role pays an hourly rate of $26.50.

Subaru Park, located in Chester, PA, is the proud home of the Philadelphia Union, the city’s Major League Soccer (MLS) team. As a premier sports and entertainment venue, Subaru Park hosts the Union's home games and various other events throughout the year.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the setup of food & beverage service areas within clubs based on specific event needs.
- Ensures all club spaces are fully set and ready prior to the start of each event.
- Maintains and enforces high standards of quality and hospitality throughout all Premium Club areas.
- Acts as the point of communication between counterparts in other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Responsible for the organization and preparation of events, ensuring all operational aspects are in place.
- Supervises team members on both non-event and event days, providing guidance and support.
- Directs guest inquiries unrelated to food and beverage to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Monitors and maintains food quality throughout preparation and service.
- Assists management by enforcing department policies and procedures, ensuring a safe, clean, and positive work environment.
- Upholds and ensures compliance with sanitation and safety standards at all times.
- Maintains, resolves, and enforces cash handling policies and procedures with integrity.
- Oversees and enforces safe alcohol service procedures, including checking IDs and cutting off service when necessary.
- Monitors and maintains inventory control across locations, including product requisition and restocking.
- Possesses full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items and accompaniments to support guest service.
- Supervises the service of beverages, including alcohol, ensuring all staff adhere to legal and company guidelines.
- Observes guests and responds to any additional needs or requests during service.
- Oversees setup of club functions, including linens, dishware, glassware, and silverware.
- Ensures all equipment is operable and clean prior to each event.
- Recognizes and takes action to cut off visibly intoxicated guests, maintaining a safe environment for all.
- Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work and guest areas.
- Demonstrates the ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance and reliability.
- Enforces all OVG policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
- Applies effective Human Resources practices, including employee coaching, corrective action, and completing HR-related paperwork.
- Assists the management team with training, inventory processes, and the execution of special events or projects.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or food service supervision.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, alcohol service laws, and hospitality best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
