What does this job involve?

As a member of JLL/T Solutions team, the Business Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional team members in the development and management of real estate and facility management solutions that we implement for key clients. Responsibilities include assisting with continuous improvement and enhancement efforts, operational support activities, troubleshooting, special projects, and ongoing business support. The successful candidate should have a strong foundational knowledge of real estate solutions and business processes, ERP financial systems and processes, have a willingness to learn, possess a drive to exceed expectations, and be a great verbal and written communicator. As a Business Analyst you will:

• Partner with the solution architect and technical lead to translate business requirements into a functional design
• Create and maintain key documentation for functional project deliverables in Azure DevOps or a FDD

• Work closely with JLL's software development teams to apply best practices and help create and verify solutions that support the business 
• Responsible to develop and execute functional test cases based on the requirements to ensure end user satisfaction
• Create and present functional demos to verify business requirements
• Ensure consistency and integrity of best practices for documentation by partnering with colleagues
• Ensure delivered solution is aligned with stakeholder expectations

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with business analysis or functional real estate knowledge in a professional services industry 
• Extensive knowledge of the IWMS product TRIRIGA
• Experience and understanding of multiple real estate business process areas (e.g., site acquisition/build out/refurbishments, lease administration, occupancy planning or maintenance management, etc.) 
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements through facilitating workshops with subject matter experts 
• Experience during the implementation of an IWMS system and understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience in Agile processes and story point analysis.
• Strong technical aptitude including experience with cloud-based services and products and fundamental data analysis skills 

• Experience leading large meetings with senior stakeholders 
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior client leadership 

• Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement 
• High attention to detail and accuracy, and well organized 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels in the organization 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to course correct 
• Comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities, enjoys new challenges
