Staff BAW Device Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Leads the transfer to production of new Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) devices
• Supports and maintains yield for devices already running in production
• Analyzes data and drives improvement actions (device "tunning", discusses potential improvement activities with Process Engineering team)
• Collaborates with Design and Product engineering team from development to production phases
  • Track and lead devices to transition parts from down select to prodcution release
• Supports manufacturing
• Reports to management on yield and improvement actions
• Applies Lean principles for continuous improvement

 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience
• BS in engineering (Mech, Elec, etc.) or masters/doctorate in technical field (material science, chemistry, physics etc.)
• Semiconductor experience.
• Yield enhancement, Design, Production, or Process experience a plus

 

Software:

• Spotfire/JMP/MiniTab statistical analysis tool experience
• MATLAB
• Python, SQL, or Oracle
• Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
