Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management-Technology Operations

Position Summary...

We are responsible for accelerating transformation within the ambient supply chain. Our team plays a critical role by serving as product partners, representing the business within a 4ITB (4 in the box) framework to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Senior Manager, you will enable technology capabilities that power the future of supply chain. This includes shaping product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, defining business requirements, and driving strategic capability development. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to both operations and product leadership, acting as a front-line advocate and representing the supply chain with key stakeholders.

What you'll do...

• Ownership of technology roadmap for supply chain operations.
• Leadership over team responsible for Business Requirement Documentation, development prioritization, and critical defect escalation.
• Represent the “business” in the 4itb way of working with product teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
