Compensation Rate: $13.00/hr

What you get to do:
As a Guest Arrival Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in defining our guest experience by presenting a welcoming spirit to guests entering the VIP parking lot, the main gate area and throughout the park. You will communicate park information to guests while enthusiastically displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality. You will also:

• Work in a team environment
• Interact with others in a professional manner
• Ensure positive enforcement of park policies
• Greeting VIP parking guests and monitor park traffic flow
• Validating tickets for guest park entrance
• Administer park surveys to guests
• Work any front gate position as needed

What it takes to succeed:

• Enthusiastic, confident performer and team player with the ability and passion to work in a demanding and fast paced environment
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Basic computer proficiency
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills preferred
