Summary of role
The Director of Total Rewards, Program Management will play a key and active role in overseeing the development and execution of Total Reward programs that support Lantheus’ short, medium and long-term corporate's goals. The role will overall be responsible for ensuring Total Reward programs align with HR’s strategy by collaborating across other HR functional areas to plan and deliver compensation and benefits programs with best-in-class employee experience in mind. The role will drive the operationalization of our Total Rewards strategy, running multiple workstreams, ensuring strategic alignment, and developing scalable, high-performing HR processes and programs.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Manage complex projects within Total Rewards that focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with Total Rewards strategy and overall HR objectives.
- Collaborates with compensation and benefits partners/colleagues to identify program areas of risk and formulate, then operationalize plans to mitigate.
- Work cross functionally to continually assess and optimize areas of efficiency to streamline programs, processes, and information sharing to support future growth.
- Lead the integration and harmonization efforts in support of company acquisitions for the Total Rewards area by evaluating compensation programs and employee benefit plans. Operationalize changes, as well as develop employee centric communication materials in support of harmonization efforts.
- Lead documentation of Total Rewards processes to support internal audits, and regulatory body requirements globally.
- Strategize and develop plan for communicating Total Rewards philosophy, programs and processes to employees that allows for best-in-class employee experience, leveraging intranet and/or other tools
- Develop regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of Total Reward programs.
- Lead change management efforts related to compensation and benefit programs and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive compensation and/or employee benefits experience both domestically in the USA and internationally
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide global programs/projects
- Expert understanding of Federal regulations and State requirements in the areas of Total Rewards
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Finance/Accounting, or related field
- Experience in biopharmaceutical industry is preferable or broader industry acceptable
- This position is site-based and requires a presence on-site three days per week.
