Position Summary:

• Join our team as a Retail Logistics Intern and gain hands-on experience in retail logistics and supply chain management. Support our logistics team in ensuring smooth product movement, inventory accuracy, and timely deliveries while contributing to operational improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Stock, organize, and maintain the store, and ensure cleanliness.
• Inventory Counts: Assist with monthly physical inventory counts.
• Logistics Support: Track inventory levels, monitor shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Warehouse Coordination: Support efficient stocking and minimize delays.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Update inventory systems and assist with logistics reports.
• Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance logistics operations.
• Customer Service Support: Assist with logistics inquiries to ensure excellent customer service.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet product availability and delivery goals.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); logistics software knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
• At least one year of experience in retail, golf shop, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
