ManTech DTCD is seeking a talented and motivated Junior BI/DW Developer to join our growing team. We offer an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to innovative IT consulting projects for our Federal Government clients. In this role, you'll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

As a Junior BI/DW Developer, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals to design, develop, and implement BI and DW solutions. You'll have the chance to learn from industry experts and gain valuable experience working on cutting-edge projects that have a significant impact on our clients' success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partner with business users and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Assist in designing and developing data warehouse models for efficient data storage and retrieval

• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure clean and accurate data integration

• Configure and manage BI tools to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights

• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data

• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the BI/DW field

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field

• Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and SQL

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Must possess a valid Security+ certification

• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)

• Experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling, data governance)

• Experience with ETL tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell)

• Understanding of data visualization best practices
