We are looking for a Project Execution Lead (all genders) for our client Microsoft.
Become part of our team, with a primary focus on our Munich office, but also open to Berlin, Frankfurt, or Düsseldorf, and shape the future at VML. 

You will:

• Plan & Set-up: Support marketers in developing integrated demand generation plans and advise on MC Program processes, SLAs, KPIs, and tools.
• Execute & Project Manage: Act as the single point of contact for MS marketing project execution, creating plans and coordinating all parties.
• Measure & Report: Ensure measurement plans meet reporting needs, support standard marketing reporting, and analyze campaign performance.
• Be a Subject Matter Expert: Focus on standard marketing project deployment, support local non-standard campaigns, and champion global marketing tools & services.
• Communicate & Coordinate: Inform stakeholders on progress, resolve issues, and organize/follow up on cadence meetings.

 

You are:

• Experienced: At least 2 years in B2B marketing event execution and 2+ years in a client-facing project/account management role.
• Organized & Proactive: Known for your organizational talent, problem-solving, and a conscientious, independent work style. You're eager to delve into new topics.
• A Communication Professional: Engaging, valuing open communication, and enjoying interaction with diverse people.
• Assertive & Solution-Oriented: Promoting respectful interaction among colleagues.
• Adaptable: Able to manage multiple activities, prioritise tasks, and build relationships with culturally diverse partners.
• You are a strong team player with the ability to establish working relationships with culturally diverse internal and external partners.
• For this particular role we require excellent Hebrew and English language skills (written and spoken).
