We’re looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join the Finance team and take full ownership on one of our largest business units - working closely with multiple stake holders. You will report to our Head of Bookkeeping & Payroll Controller.

 

What will you do?

• Be the main focal point of all financial processes within the business unit
• Manage Service Provider payments via an internal system
• Process credit card receipts
• Track bank account balance and perform bank reconciliation
• Manage accruals, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses
• Manage travel reports and reimbursement of personal expenses
• Take part of the Finance team daily tasks and processes
• Communication with other departments on financial processes
• Support in End-Of-Month closing

 

Who should you be?

• Bookkeeper type 3 Certificate 
• 4+ years experience of booking in global high-tech companies
• Experience with Netsuite ERP software - Must
• Strong verbal and written English
• Organized, efficient and detail-oriented
• Honest, trustworthy, and a team player
