Industrial Maintenance Lead
Location: 1500 N River Rd. Lithia Spring GA
Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. As a Warehouse Lead with Gordon Food Service, you’ll be responsible for overseeing warehouse maintenance activities, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient and smooth operations while working alongside other warehouse departments. The Warehouse Industrial Maintenance Lead position will offer a great opportunity to develop your skills, contribute to a dynamic team and make a positive impact on our operations. Schedule: Sunday- Thursday 6am-finish
Pay: $70-80k
Annual $500 tool allowance and $150 boot allowance

High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Two years previous warehouse maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Must have managerial skills with a technical background.
Electrical and mechanical ability required along with knowledge of computer operation and computerized maintenance management systems such as Maximo
Troubleshooting and analytical skills related to interpreting trend charts, calculation tables, and system-related properties
Strong computer skills including report writing and completion of inspection forms, spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, email and internet software applications.
Self-Management -Ability to manage schedule and workload and efficiently manage multiple projects and timelines.
Extensive knowledge of, and the ability to effectively work with, database software applications, hydraulics, electronics, electrical and mechanical servicing and repair.
Extensive knowledge of, and ability to effectively work with, PLC, PC and other Microprocessor-based control systems.
Extensive knowledge of, and the ability to effectively work with, automated material handling systems and controls and the relationships to Refrigeration systems.
Knowledge of Electrical Distribution systems as it pertains to refrigeration systems, automated material handling, facility distribution
Must have a basic understanding of OSHA, EPA, EEOC and other related regulatory agencies and laws
Familiarity with hand and power tools required to maintain warehouse equipment and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with PIV equipment and conveyor systems (where applicable).
Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the startup, movement, or approach of equipment ( including forklifts, turrets, overhead cranes, conveyors, trucks, and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities, and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.
