HOW A SYSTEMS ENGINEER SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Responsible for the end-to-end IAM product selection and design to ensure that it meets operational, security and end-user requirements (examples:  onboarding, self-service capabilities, and a uniform experience across all GD BIW devices and operating systems)
• Participate in the delivery of all aspects of identity management & security, to include account provisioning program, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Certificate Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Design & support the management of administration & maintenance of computer access security systems
• Develop & implement the IAM program with policies & procedures
• Design & oversee access to systems, applications, and data
• Partner with various stakeholders to implement & manage identity & access management capabilities, workflow, systems, and processes to transform the identity lifecycle and make improvements based on business goals & objectives while reducing costs for the organization
• Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and U.S. Navy customer requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, 14+ years of related IT experience required.
• Experience: 10+ years of related IT experience. 3+ years of experience with IAM operations, design & implementation.
• Required Skills and Abilities: Experience with SAML, OAuth or similar IAM technologies. Experience implementing & administering multi-factor authentication technologies such as those based on PIV technology, TOTP and biometrics. Experience with RBAC or other risk-based access control methodologies. Experience in administration of user & role provisioning, connectors, workflow, certificate management, session management, and encryption technologies.
• Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain, if needed
• Required Technical Skills: Experience using Microsoft cloud services and integration of mobile devices into enterprise authentication systems
• Preferred Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks. Strong customer service orientation. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Location: This will be a hybrid position working onsite at facility in Bath, ME and remote. Will be required to work onsite 3-4 days a week.

The likely salary range for this position is $140,250 - $189,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic
