Senior Change Management Architect

Job Summary:

A Senior Organizational Change Management Architect at Argano will play a key role in helping our clients implement Oracle enterprise software modules. This person will focus on the people side of change - readying an end-user community for upcoming changes to work processes, systems and technology, job roles, organizational designs/structures, department/individual working relationships, job security, and other existing cultural norms. The primary focus will be creating and helping to implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance, maximize employee engagement, and drive end-user adoption.

We are looking for individuals who are demonstrated life-long learners, have experience in this space, and want to primarily work with multiple clients (often simultaneously) while also helping drive continuous improvement activities within our practice.

Essential Change Management Lead Client Deliverables:

Experience with the development and execution of each of the following change activities is a plus. Developing, creating, and/or successfully implementing:

  • An Organizational Change Management Team, at the client-level that includes an OCM client sponsor, lead, and specialist roles
  • A Project "Brand" Strategy, Goals, Benefits, Guiding principles, and Key Messaging
  • A Stakeholder Analysis and Matrix
  • A Communications Strategy and Plan in General and by Role
  • A Strategy for Key Change Impact Identification and Risk Mitigation 
  • A Change Champion Network (CCN)
  • An Employee Engagement Measurement Strategy
  • A Project Core Team and End-User Training Strategy by Role
  • An End-User Go-Live Support Strategy
     

Other expectations include:

  • Perform weekly time and expense entry in accordance with Argano time and expense reporting procedures; achieve Billable Hours expectations of 75% or more annually.
  • All other duties as required by Director or VP. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification, previous experience leading large-scale change efforts)
  • Experience driving the change efforts associated with implementing Oracle Cloud Software
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud (Guided) Learning / Oracle Cloud Journeys and other 3rd party providers in this training space
  • Minimum three (3) relevant years of experience or a minimum of five (5) client engagements that achieved Go Live. 

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Project management (such as leading and managing teams/meetings, driving agreed upon actions, developing, and executing timelines and RASICs, to name just a few)
  • Written and verbal communication skills (including strong PowerPoint, Excel, and in-person Presentation skills)
  • Able to work independently, within a structure, as part of a team, and leading others as required
  • Deep experience working with and through a client’s OCM team, PMO and a Steering Committee – with specific experiences regarding the coaching required at times across all those stakeholder groups
  • Deep experience with the sales cycles of system integrators and supporting those efforts across the full landscape of either Oracle’s or SAP’s ecosystem
  • Managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Self-awareness and practiced self-management
  • Demonstrable empathy and other active listening skills
  • Surfacing, confronting, and working to solve interpersonal and other obstacles to Go Live event and end-user adoption. 
  • Survey research experience
  • Able to be detail-oriented

Travel

  • Travel varies depending on Argano and client needs, often between 25% -80% travel required.
