We are seeking a GCP-Certified Cloud Architect with over 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role will lead the strategic architecture and execution of a large-scale migration from AWS and Snowflake to GCP, modernizing legacy systems and enabling cloud-native capabilities across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver end-to-end GCP-native solutions tailored to business and technical requirements.
• Lead the migration strategy including AWS-to-GCP service mapping, Snowflake-to-GCP transition, and modernization initiatives.
• Design and implement GCP landing zones, network topology, IAM frameworks, firewall rules, and organization-level policies.
• Select and integrate GCP services such as BigQuery, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and GCS to support diverse workloads.
• Drive cloud cost optimization, security enforcement, compliance alignment, and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, operations, and compliance to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Deep expertise in GCP architecture including compute, storage, networking, IAM, and security frameworks.
• Proven track record in cloud migration projects, particularly AWS-to-GCP and Snowflake-to-GCP transitions.
• Strong knowledge of BigQuery, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and GKE.
• Experience with organization-level IAM, policy enforcement, compliance frameworks, and governance models.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture principles, service limits, and performance tuning techniques.
• Strong background in cost control, disaster recovery (DR) strategy, and cloud landing zone implementation.

Certifications:

• GCP Professional Cloud Architect Certification (Required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise cloud migrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines within a GCP environment.
