Job Description for JDE Project Lead

Lead endtoend JDE ERP implementations upgrades and migrations

Define project scope objectives timelines and resource requirements

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation

Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery

Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and define processes

Monitor project progress manage risks and resolve issues proactively

Conduct stakeholder communication and status reporting at all levels

Ensure adherence to project governance change management and quality standards

Oversee testing phases including unit testing system integration testing and user acceptance testing UAT

Stay updated on JDE ERP features industry trends and best practices

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field

10 years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP projects

Proven track record in leading complex ERP projects from initiation to closure

Strong understanding of JDE including functional technical CNC and associated tools integrations knowledge

Excellent project management skills including planning budgeting and risk management

Proficiency in stakeholder management and crossfunctional team leadership

Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

Certification in Project Management PMP PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies

Experience with JDE Cloud and integration tools

Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools

Exposure to business process reengineering and change management
