What You’ll Do:

Supervise and mentor care staff
-
Oversee resident care, assessments, and family updates
-
Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies
-
Support admissions, orders, and documentation
-
Oversee facility administration, including census growth, community outreach, and marketing to ensure strong occupancy and visibility.
What We’re Looking For:

Current MN RN license (required)
-
Assisted Living experience preferred
-
Leadership skills and passion for senior care
