FanDuel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a VIP Operations Senior Associate. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the operational excellence and efficiency of our VIP department while collaborating with various teams to enhance overall performance.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

 

THE GAME PLAN

• Lead the implementation and optimization of operations processes across all VIP products, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance and payment delivery tracking
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements to enhance VIP Operations.
• Maintain meticulous and up to date records of operational activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and refine processes and procedures to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency within the VIP department.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation in the event system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compliance, legal, finance, operations and procurement) to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, providing guidance as needed.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings, training sessions, including conducting training and strategic planning sessions, to continuously enhance knowledge and skills, following up on action items, as necessary.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply and resolve issues promptly
• Partner with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives and project timelines
• Take ownership of coordinating and executing various projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating string project management skills and leadership capabilities.
• Analytical skills: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for VIP operational improvement, making informed decisions based on insights.
• Data management and analysis: Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to inform and support key VIP stakeholders in their decision-making.

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

• 5+ years of experience in an operational or analytical role within a similar industry, demonstrating a strong track record of success and expertise in VIP and/or operations
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, with a strong aptitude for technology tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, adapting quickly to new priorities and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sports and/or experience within a heavily regulated industry is preferred but not required.
