General Description:
The Senior Engineer I, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling is responsible for developing and managing all support services for the Facilities and Engineering (F&E) team at the Hopewell site. This includes full ownership of the site’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), implement and manage CMMS planning and scheduling, oversee preventative maintenance strategy, and maintaining maintenance SOPs in alignment with regulatory and quality standards.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Develop and manage all support services for the Facilities and Engineering team.
Manage CMMS at the Hopewell site.
Manage F & E CMMS, Maintenance SOP’s for site.
Implement and manage CMMS planning and scheduling for Hopewell site.
Manage Preventative Maintenance strategy for the Hopewell site.
Develop and maintain BeOne’s Engineering process and procedures according to regulatory and quality requirements.
Listen to the different voices and win the commitment of team members.
Meet BeOne’s business needs through managing the engineering with focus on enabling compliant and operational ready.
Develop technical, operational procedures, calibration plans, preventative maintenance plans for responsible systems.
Ensure on time PM and PM CAL completions, report metrics on CMMS KPI’s.
Manage CMMS Backlog.
CMMS Site administrator responsibilities.
Manage external partners as required.
Solicit and respond to user input with the team members and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Provide leadership demonstrating values of integrity, courage and passion and promote engagement and professional development.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience in managing projects and ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No FTE supervisory experience may be required to manage contractors.
Education/Experience Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, in lieu of a degree, previous experience may be considered.
Experience: 5+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years without Bachelor’s degree in facility and engineering roles especially those related to biological products, equipment.
Computer Skills:
Strong PC literacy required; MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
