Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Position Summary: This position reports directly to the Program Specialist. Work assignments are received from the Program Specialist and Director.
Qualifications:

Three years of secretarial or clerical work experience; or
-
A high school diploma or its equivalent and 1 year of secretarial/administrative experience.

College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for each year of the required work experience; or
-
Vocational/technical training in an area of secretarial science or office/business studies can substitute at the rate of 720 classroom hours for each year of the required work experience.
The Work You Will Do: The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Provides administrative and clerical support for training staff by processing paperwork for FCPTI training courses.
- Performs administrative duties for the Prevention Conference, as needed.
- Archives Bureau’s administrative records and files.
- Daily answers and checks voicemail for FCPTI must answer line.
- Properly routes telephone calls and responds to requests by phone and e-mail for general information about training programs and other bureau functions.
- Assists Assistant Bureau Chief with special projects.
- Performs related duties as necessary.
- These duties may involve extended work hours and/or travel outside the work site.
- All Other duties as requested.
