Associate Director FP&A - HQ Finance Transformation
The Animal Health Manufacturing (AH MFG) Associate Director –Financial Planning & Analysis ( FP&A) HQ Finance Transformation is responsible for providing timely and effective management reporting and financial analysis relating to actuals reporting for Animal Health Manufacturing (AH MFG) Global Transformation Strategy.
You will be part of a team that supports the Director Finance Actuals COE, with your focus as the as key contact and liaison for FP&A, Global Animal Health (GAH) ILC Transformation Team supporting the inclusion and reconciliation of consolidated actuals & forecast reporting for current and new projects.
Primary activities are:
Work directly with ILC Finance Transformation team to understand intended manufacturing operations and global impact of activities relating to current and new programs.
Assist ILC Finance Transformation Team with questions related to the end-to-end Actuals/Forecast views ensuring accuracy of financials impacting operations.
Provide journal entry guidance and support for new transformation initiatives.
Consolidate and manage the quarterly financial control questionnaire for transformation related activities.
Understand and articulate financial master data requirements.
Provide support to the finance AH MFG Director Actuals COE and team for ad hoc and standardized analysis. This would include using data from all available sources, working in cross functional teams, providing any financial data required to execute strategic actions while maintaining confidentiality.
Act as finance support to the regional leads guiding on global transformation

Position Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent with a demonstrated record of solid achievements
Required Experience and Skills:
At least 5 years FP&A experience
Experience supporting manufacturing operations and understanding of P&L
Experience of project accounting and management
Ability to build strong relationships cross functionally with proven ability to influence peers
Ability to interpret internal/ external business challenges and best practices to recommend improvements to financial processes or services
Experience with solving complex problems and ability to identify innovative solutions
ATLAS & COMET SAP knowledge (Finance modules) and Microsoft Office, with a strong knowledge of Excel
Animal Health Manufacturing financial master data knowledge is a bonus
Innovative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to develop, articulate and build support around sound financial analytics.
The position is in Rahway. Further you are willing to travel up to 10%.
