Business Analyst - Level 1

Are you an analyst that enjoys a fun, challenging, energetic, and fast-paced environment? If so, the Enterprise Sales team at DSI could be a great fit for you! We are expanding our team in the Atlanta, GA office and are looking for a Level 1 Business Analyst.

As the Level 1 Business Analyst your primary functions will include assisting in the development, configuration, Quality Assurance (QA), and maintenance of business intelligence tools to distribute executive summaries and dashboards. We are looking for someone that can help us turn our data into a visually aesthetic story that conveys results and actionable direction. The right candidate will be a proven self-starter, that gets enjoyment out of problem-solving and accomplishing goals in the time defined.

This is an in-office position that will report to our Kennesaw, Georgia
Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and development of sales metric models for dashboards, shaping of IVR processes, and creating multi-system software environments
• Ingest data and clean data from multiple sources using API calls and/or SSRS feeds
• Perform QA on dashboards and reporting to confirm the validity of data and ensure system reliability
• Help in the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to our sales partners and vendors

Requirements

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics or equivalent
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel a plus (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong understanding of data analysis, and experience with DOMO or like tools
• Understanding of how data is transmitted across various systems
• Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks and shift focus quickly
