Client Advisor (3 month FTC) - German Speaker

Supporting during the Christmas peak period as Client Advisor you will be the voice of Van Cleef & Arpels for our clients, and aim to build and maintain strong relationships with them. While advising via phone and web based channels, you will be responsible for upholding excellent level of client support and developing sales. 

 

Aside from being the expert advisor for our clients in both German & English, you will apply your commercial sense to identify sales opportunities, develop your client portfolio, maintain the interest and engagement of your clients at the highest level. As a specialist of the Maison, you will deliver expert knowledge on the products and Maison, while providing the highest quality of service and client satisfaction. 

What are we expecting from you?   

 Advising, Selling & Clienteling 

•  Handle inbound client communications (calls, emails, social media) professionally. 

• Process phone orders, including data entry in CRC systems. 

• Apply strong selling and negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets. 

• Be a role model regarding the Maison selling ceremony. 

• Develop personal client portfolios to ensure client loyalty. 

• Seek new product knowledge to act as a Maison expert. 

• Follow up on client satisfaction KPIs and respond to client feedback. 

 

Maison identity & expertise 

 

• Know Maison products, history, and events to convey storytelling. 

• Know Maison e-Retail procedures (selling, customer services, returns, delivery). 

• Be a referent for High Jewellery, Jewellery & Watchmaking Know-How. 

• Be proactive in building strong synergies and collaboration with internal networks. 

 

Boutique calls 

•  Handle boutique calls in the relevant language. 

• Quickly locate product information to address client inquiries. 

• Advise clients on Maison e-Retail procedures. 

• Book appointments or redirect requests to the appropriate stakeholder. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in Salesforce. 

• Proactively collaborate with internal networks for a seamless client experience. 

• Serve as a role model, embodying the Maison identity. 

 

Social Media 

 

• Manage worldwide private messages from Instagram and Facebook. 

• Advise clients on Maison e-Retail procedures. 

• Redirect clients or requests to the appropriate market. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in Salesforce. 

• Proactively collaborate with internal networks for a seamless client experience. 

• Serve as a role model, embodying the Maison identity.
