As a C# software engineer, you will build applications and processes to help drive business growth. This position requires strong programming skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for learning. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to develop and improve software systems.

Role Responsibilities:
Design, code, test, and support reliable, robust software applications and services that meet high quality standards
Participate in cross-functional feature requirements gathering, design, and implementation
Collaborate with product management to prioritize and organize development sprints
Perform code reviews and provide timely, constructive feedback to fellow engineers
Key Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in C# programming (.NET Core)
Strong background in object-oriented programming, algorithms, logic, and statistics
Experience using data types and databases (MySQL preferred; SQL/Postgres also valuable)
Regularly applies design patterns, contributing to best practices and process enhancements
Embraces and enforces BlackRock’s SDLC and information security standards
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field
Desirable Criteria
Experience with AWS
Experience using Confluence, JIRA, and other Atlassian tools
Experience developing and automating solutions for Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and infrastructure automation
