Essential Functions:
Social Media:
· Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
· Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
· Monitor and respond to social media interactions promptly and in a way that reflects our brand voice.
· Analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing efforts.
· Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Public Relations:
· Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote a positive brand image.
· Write, proofread, and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
· Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
· Coordinate and manage media visits, press events, and interviews.
· Respond to media inquiries promptly and professionally.
· Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
· Assist in crisis communication management to protect the brand's reputation.
Advertising:
· Partner with advertising team to execute campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and broadcast media.
· Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling advertising materials that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
Communication:
· Write, proofread, and edit various forms of communication, including press releases, newsletters, internal communications, and marketing materials.
· Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and maintain the brand's voice and tone.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of communication efforts with overall business goals.
Web Management:
· Oversee the maintenance and update of web content for the brand's website.
· Ensure all web content is aligned with the brand's messaging and objectives.
Signage:
· Develop and manage Digital & Print signage strategies to ensure consistent branding across the property.
· Coordinate with design and production teams to create and update signage materials.
· Ensure signage placement aligns with marketing and operational goals.
· Monitor the effectiveness of signage and adjust as needed to improve visibility and impact.
· Ensure all signage meets corporate quality standards and brand guidelines.
Events
· Provide onsite support for PR/Media events as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Support the marketing team in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
· Prepare and present reports on social media, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing and communication strategies.
· May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
· Proven experience in social media management, public relations, advertising, communication, web management, and signage.
· Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
· Proficient in social media management tools, analytics platforms, web content management systems, and signage software.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Work Environment:
· This position will require work outside regular business hours to attend events and manage PR activities.
· Occasional travel for event support.
