For more information, please visit <a href="https://www.pandadoc.com/">https://www.pandadoc.com</a>.</p> <h2><strong>The Team</strong></h2> <p><strong>We're forming multiple AI Agent teams</strong> across three strategic tracks: <strong>Growth</strong>, <strong>Customer Value</strong>, and <strong>App Platform</strong> to build the future of AI-powered agreements creation and management at PandaDoc.</p> <p>The teams’ mission is to enable users to create and manage business documents—like contracts, quotes, and proposals—quickly and intelligently with the help of large language models and our internal AI platform.</p> <p>As a Back-End Engineer on this team, you’ll play a key role in designing and building the systems that power these new experiences. That includes integrating with our AI platform, orchestrating multi-step generation workflows, ensuring scalability and reliability, and working closely with front-end and ML engineers to deliver fast, smooth, and secure user flows.</p> <p>This is a rare chance to work on greenfield initiatives with real product impact and deep technical challenges—from building APIs for smart content generation and management  to evolving our models to support AI-first use cases.
