Your Specific Responsibilities:

Conducts information gathering sessions with key subject matter experts to update policies. This will include creating manual outlines for staff members to input key items that should be included in the updated guidelines or manual. Coordinates the key dates for each guideline update with the Projects and Performance Manager as well as the Patient Care and Treatment Access Director.

Manages ongoing proposed update list and release schedule for the program’s ADAP Manual, HOPWA Manual, Ryan White Part B Service Standards, Monitoring Standards, and Administrative Guidelines.

Assist the Patient Care and Treatment Access Program Director and program subject matter experts with the technical writing for procurement items, and contract amendments. Adhere to timelines for the proposed drafts and submit to the program liaison the version that has been approved by the Program Director for routing.

Assists with the Bureau’s Legislative and Policy Coordinator on items required for public record requests, program rule amendments and updates from the program for legislative session.

Submit programmatic updates for the Division weekly newsletter and conducts research and advises the Patient Care Director as necessary.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Policy development, contract management, and grant management.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum – High school education and at least two years of experience in policy development and or contract/grant management.

Preferred – High school education and at least five years of experience in policy development and or contract/grant management.
