About the role

As an Accounting Support Specialist at Nokia, you will be a vital member of our finance team, playing a crucial role in driving accurate and efficient financial operations. Key responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation and documentation for SOX compliance.
  • Process and post invoices accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile intercompany AP and AR transactions.
  • Create and manage customer accounts in SAP.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations. 

You have:

  • 3-5 years of direct accounting experience
  • Proficiency in SAP for customer account management
  • Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and journal entries
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance documentation
     

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in intercompany accounts reconciliation
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial operations
  • Advanced degree in finance or accounting
