As a Senior Operations Project Management Specialist, your role will be dynamic and influential. Here is a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:

• Lead the Operations Core Team meeting, collaborating with key stakeholders from various departments to provide updates, discuss challenges, and align project objectives.

• Manage project schedules, identify critical tasks and potential bottlenecks, and develop strategies to ensure timely completion.

• Maintain risk registers, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for each project, ensuring clarity on deliverables, milestones, and timelines.

• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, demand planning, supply planning, service, PMO, and marketing, to drive operational excellence.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and support product improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

• Contribute to the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of released products and sustainment programs.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of best practices to enhance product sustainment processes.

• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to medical devices and product lifecycle management.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, project coordination, or a related role.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications or additional education.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA regulations, EU MDR).

• Experience with critical path management and risk mitigation strategies.

• Ability to foster collaboration and align priorities across functions.

• Experience in the medical device industry

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
