We offer our team members a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and a competitive benefits package Position OverviewThe Project Manager will lead all aspects of contract performance supporting the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Unemployment Insurance (OUI), overseeing delivery of data analytics, statistical analysis, dashboard development, and performance monitoring services. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government and ensure successful execution of all technical, operational, and administrative activities.Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, management, and coordination of contract activities
- Serve as primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO) and COR
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering analytics, data visualization, and reporting solutions
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, timeliness, and compliance standards
- Manage project schedules, staffing, risk mitigation, and performance tracking
- Coordinate across OUI divisions (DUIO, DPM, DFAS) to align deliverables with mission needs
- Lead quality control and continuous improvement efforts
- Facilitate regular status meetings and reporting
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Public Policy, or related)
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams
- At least 5 years supervising technical personnel supporting large-scale analytical efforts
- Experience managing federal contracts, preferably with DOL or workforce programs
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting Unemployment Insurance (UI) programs or similar federal/state workforce systems
