Are you ready to be a key player in shaping cutting-edge electronic warfare systems? As a Senior Radio Frequency (RF) Automation Test Engineer (ATE) at Raytheon’s Airborne Multi-Mission Electronics Center in sunny Goleta, CA, you’ll have the opportunity to design, develop, and validate advanced testing solutions for our state-of-the-art Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) products.
What You Will Do
Work from concept to production testing, directly influencing the success of critical defense systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop automated test systems, create validation and test plans, and mentor production teams.
Occasional travel (10-20%) to other Raytheon facilities and supplier sites will give you a broader perspective on our mission and impact.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
Experience in electronic testing of Radio Frequency (RF) based systems, including the use of power supplies, signal/waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
Experience in converting design requirements into validation and test procedures.
Experience in designing test automation stands with automated equipment control.
