Private Client Support Specialist

<p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES </strong>include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values</li> <li>Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates</li> <li>Supports service teams by assisting with tasks required to service customers</li> <li>Assists with renewal process including preparation of pre-renewal and annual comparison summaries</li> <li>Prepares and issues renewals and on-demand certificates of insurance</li> <li>Processes policies, endorsements, and audits</li> <li>Processes daily electronic policy and document download</li> <li>Pulls daily notifications from carrier websites</li> <li>Prepares paper documents to be scanned and files attachments within agency management system</li> <li>Issues auto ID cards</li> <li>Actively supports team by participating in miscellaneous projects</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS </strong>include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Strong reasoning skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines</li> <li>Commitment to work through projects to completion</li> <li>Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Offices products and other programs</li> <li>Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <p>Being a part of IMA has its benefits.
