About the role

Zillow Group is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join our Benefits Team, reporting to the Benefits Director. This Sr. Program Manager will provide strategic direction, planning, design and administrative support. The person in this role will be primarily responsible for benefits outside of the United States ensuring the benefits are compliant, cost-effective, competitive, sustainable, and positively impact attracting and retaining talent. This role is also responsible for the company’s global retirement program (including the U.S.) and oversees compliance activities of the Benefits Team overall.

You will get to:

  • Collaborate with partners across the company to implement, improve, and manage a variety of benefit programs.

  • Lead and develop strategy for non-U.S. benefit programming specifically within Mexico, Canada, and Serbia and additional countries through growth.

  • Lead and develop strategy as well as support M&A activity with the global retirement benefit space.

  • Work with finance to develop, recommend, and monitor budget allocations for international benefits and retirement programs.

  • Review and analyze international benefit renewals, driving for economies of scale and competitive benefits for employees.

  • Partner and manage relationships with third-party providers, vendors and brokers maintaining compliance and the best interests of Zillow are met.

  • Participate in Zillow’s Retirement Program Investment Committee.

  • Manage and ensure compliance of retirement and health and welfare benefit programs.

  • Lead RFP processes and program/vendor reviews.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all Zillow Group employees and their dependents.

  • Act as an escalation point, in partnership with the Employee Service Center for Tier 3 employee inquiries regarding benefits.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $98,600.00 - $157,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • You have the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment while navigating collaborators through a variety of implementations and strategic updates.

  • You have extensive knowledge of and experience with global benefit practices and principles, laws, and regulations.

  • You have strong ERISA compliance expertise and general benefits compliance knowledge.

  • You’re comfortable and productive in a remote working environment while also able to build and strengthen relationships.

  • You enjoy working independently and are comfortable making decisions but you know when to ask for help and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits and retirement benefits design and administration for multinational organizations

  • Project Management experience

  • Workday experience strongly preferred

  • Additional languages are a plus (especially Spanish)

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of Google Suite applications preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written change management and communication skills
