Headquartered in Lakeshore Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Claremont Companies is a privately owned and closely held real estate investment, development, and asset management firm. Today, Claremont owns in excess of sixty real estate assets consisting of hotels, apartments, retail centers, and office buildings with plans to expand even further. 


Claremont is growing and we are looking to add an Executive Administrator to our team at our corporate offices in Bridgewater, Massachusetts! 


Position summary: Reporting to the President/COO, this position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the corporate office performing administrative duties for upper management on an as-needed basis. 

  • Calendar management for office and executive staff.
  • Coordinate and manage executive meetings and corporate events.
  • Order and manage IT equipment and mobile phones as needed.
  • Website administration.
  • Provide marketing support, prepare materials for events and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for all executive staff.
  • Coordinate approvals for the construction of developing properties.
  • Manage executive subscriptions.
  • Establish rapport and act as liaison between Claremont communities and corporate office.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments within the corporate office to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office.
  • Review and approve monthly utility bills and invoices for all properties and corporate office/CEO.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.


Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); and 4 years or more related experience and/or training.
