Internship - Data and Analytics

Overview

As the Data & Analytics Intern for Lowes Foods, you will gain insight into the Lowes Foods business, culture, and data's integral role in decision-making in the retail grocery industry.   This intern will partner with other team members and stakeholders to analyze key business initiatives and gather information, analyze data, and report key insights. Prior to the conclusion of the internship, the intern will present final results of the project to the finance team and primary stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

Learn to use multiple reporting platforms  

Build and make enhancements to existing reporting 

Assemble data to support Category Deep Dives and other analytical projects  

Assist in gathering materials for presentations 

Support other ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc), communication skills, critical thinking, ability to manage large datasets and operate in a team environment
