Doctors’ Memorial Hospital (DMH) is a beautiful modern facility staffed by highly trained caring individuals. DMH provides an array of technology usually only found in large cities including a 64 slice CT scanner, 1.5 MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound and ECHO. Other services provided at DMH include surgery, pediatrics, endoscopy, nuclear medicine and physical therapy. Our specialty clinic brings physicians such as cardiologists, urologists, orthopedists, dermatologists and oncologists to Taylor County so that patients will not have to travel to surrounding cities for these services.

Job Description

Manage the day to day overall operation of the Lab, i.e. ensure accuracy and quick delivery of patient test results, address problems, maintain a team who performs effectively and efficiently, ensures the Lab CQI program is above standard, maintains a profitable position, ensures regulatory surveys are within acceptable limits and maintains the standards set forth by the agency and AHCA.

Qualifications

State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist-Supervisor License. Five years full-time patient clinical laboratory experience in each specialty. Must be able to develop and maintain testing systems, QC, understand State regulations and develop budgets.
